ELEVATED RUCK PLATE® POCKETS

The elevated plate pocket keeps the weight high and secure on your back, which is the preferred method for Rucking. This will help prevent any injuries or friction on your back. Both 20L and 25L Rucker feature 2 elevated plate pockets, one that holds 20LB or 30LB (Standard) Ruck Plates and one that holds a 45LB Plate, 20LB (Long), or 30LB (Long). This means your rucker can hold up to 75 lbs of weight. The 15L Rucker has one plate pocket that fits a 10LB, 20LB, or 30 LB Ruck plate.

Say goodbye to friction burn. 210D HT (High Tenacity) CORDURA® on the back panel and underside of the shoulder straps does NOT cause friction burn on your skin and it plays well with less durable fabrics like merino wool.

ERGONOMIC LUMBAR SUPPORT

An additional 10mm of EVA foam padding along the bottom section of the back panel supports the natural curve of your back. It’s raised up, protects you from friction from seams on pants, belts or Tough Leggings or anything back there. And if it’s exposed to your skin, that’s no problem either.

Bomb proof!

"It’s almost been a year of daily use. Family and friends call it ‘heavy dogging’ as now every time I take the dogs out I put on my Rucker which lives in the back of the car so it’s ever ready. I started with 10kg now I’m maxed out (for me) at 24kg and it’s really become second nature. It doesn’t move and you really don’t notice the weight (apart from when you pick it up to put it on). Bag still looks brand new despite over 400 rucks! Not cheap but great value. Worth every penny."

A Game Changing Life Hack

"I absolutely love this bag, and have found it to be a bona fide life hack. I have always loved walking, but found it to be a very low intensity workout that I could do for hours without feeling any real benefits outside of it being a meditative experience. With one of these with a 20. 4kg long plate, though, that has all changed. I have noticed drastic changes in my overall physique, especially with my abdomen. This has always been an area that I've had trouble with toning, but after almost two months of rucking - I had a vastly inferior and cheaper rucking pack from Fitness First before I upgraded to this vastly superior offering - I can honestly say that this is THE best purchase I have made in, well, my whole life.
