"Very well made. Would buy again and recommend to friends! Great quality for price and pretty stylish for a weighted vest. Pros: Fits well, not bulky, much cooler than a pack. Weight evenly distributed and sits right on shoulders, easy to carry and comfortable. Gets super sweaty b/c it sits right against you but dries fast and so far no stink (using it for 2 weeks so far in S Texas) Cons: no pockets/ or places to clip keys/phone other than the vest strap. I'm very petite and I do get a pressure point on my rotator cuff if I wear it for more than an hour but not too bad, something to keep in mind if you have an injury. I think if it was a touch smaller or might be better for the shoulder."

Comfortable and challenging
"My physical therapist recommended that I use a weighted vest and I am very happy with the Spy Ruck. I am new to rucking and the vest has definitely added a challenge to my walks. However, I am adapting to it fairly quickly and I enjoy the feel of it. The Spy Ruck is very comfortable and rests very well on my body. I think looks good too."

"This is super cozy. It was for my wife but I've tried it on, she loves, and my son wears it. I think an essential missing feature though is adjustable straps for the sides. One size fits all non adjustable straps just isn't feasible for smaller folks and then, because of it, the fit can be too relaxed and not as comfortable as it could and should be."

"Very comfortable to wear, and since I’m short, I love that it doesn’t hang down to my waist! Fits well and wear mainly around the shoulder blades - stopping at my upper ribs. Perfect and just what I was looking for! Other 16lb vests I’ve tried were just so ‘big’ and no matter how tight I made the strap, it still shifted around so much and felt like I was wearing men’s football pads! lol Love the Spy Ruck!!"

The Best Weighted Vest There Is
"The best weighted vest out there. As a woman, many I’ve tried are too bulky, loose, uncomfortable, slip down my back. This vest is form fitting, for a smaller frame but also the elastic would allow a comfortable fit for larger frames as well. The weight sits at the perfect spot higher on the upper back. The material is sweat wicking and odor proof. The quality is superior to others. It has motivated me to get many more steps and miles in a day. If even has me waking up early on work days to get steps in before I start my day. Love this for rucksack outdoors, indoor treadmill walks, and to make what used to be just a walk, now more of a workout."

"This is my first weighed vest. I walk regularly on paved paths and nature trails and was looking for something to level up my fitness. Because I'm tall with somewhat broad shoulders, I was concerned about the comfort of a vest. But the fit is great. I chose the 12-pound version, and I was able to walk my usual route (3 miles) without discomfort."
