Nice Sand bag with a question

"I used the bag for a couple of weeks, it seems to be very good quality. The the only thing is, That the filler bag is much smaller than the main bag. I Don t know if there different sizes. Because the filler bag is filled with 25kg of Sand and it should take 37kg and the filler bag is more then 75% Full. Please let me know if that is correct, because the filler bag Need a Bit More Space that the Sand could move, for the real benefit of Sand bag training. Else the product is robust and nice to use."
