Se hai un Ruck Plate Carrier™, raccomandiamo la versione più corta (Standard) Ruck Plates® — 10 libbre, 20 libbre o 30 libbre.
IL Rucker® da 20L e 25L presentano una tasca aggiuntiva per inserire in modo sicuro un 45 libbre Ruck Plate®, che può essere abbinato a un 20 libbre o 30 libbre Piastra porta-zaino Ruck Plate® per un peso totale fino a 75 libbre (circa 34 kg).
45 libbreRuck Plates® si fissano saldamente solo al Rucker 20L/25L e al Long Ruck Plate Carrier, tuttavia si adattano alla tasca elastica interna del GR1® (adatto per pesi verticali) rucking, ma non l'allenamento fisico con zaino in spalla, ovvero burpees e camminata a quattro zampe).

Il rapporto tra il tuo corpo, il peso e lo zaino determinerà il tuo livello di comfort durante il movimento. Il nostro consiglio per la maggior parte delle persone è di iniziare con 20 libbre di peso per rucking, progredire con incrementi di circa 10 libbre e infine raggiungere un massimo di 1/3 del proprio peso corporeo. È più importante mantenere una forma corretta mentre rucking piuttosto che avere più peso.
