The Ruck Plate Carrier (Standard) is ideal for carrying 10LB, 20LB, or 30LB Standard Ruck Plates. It’s the perfect place to start if you’re new to rucking or want to add some extra suck to your workouts. The Ruck Plate Carrier (Long) fits a 30LB Long or 45LB Long plate and is ideal if you’re a larger guy.
Say goodbye to friction burn. All-new 210D HT (High Tenacity) CORDURA® on the back panel and underside of the shoulder straps is less abrasive and doesn't irritate skin or chew up delicate apparel.
An extra 10mm of EVA foam padding at the bottom of the back panel supports your spine’s natural curve. It’s raised to reduce friction from seams, and even if it’s against bare skin, it won’t rub you the wrong way.
The shoulder straps are extra padded so you can carry the weight more comfortably. Plus, tons of padding (1" thick) at the top to protect during dynamic movements. Our dual-density foam will not collapse under the pressure.
Overbuilt with military-grade materials like 1050D Ballistic CORDURA®, reinforced at every stress point, and field-tested in the harshest conditions.
Keeping the weight off your chest and fully on your back opens up your lungs — so you can breathe easier, move better, and ruck longer. Free your chest with Rule #1: Always Look Cool.
There’s no spacer mesh on the RPC so it doesn’t absorb all the stink. Just spray it down with a hose and scrub with soapy water if needed. Hang to dry.

"A simple design, very well made. Does exactly what it says. Might benefit from being able to attach a waste belt for heavier weights but generally an excellent product."
"I wasn’t sure if a plate carrier is the right thing for me but oh boy, this baby is high end quality and feels so nice on your back! I don’t want without it anymore. Worth every penny."
"I wear the 20kg while walking my dog and on any other walk I do. Really helps that the shoulder straps are well padded as well as the back. And it sits high and secure on my back and the low profile means I can wear it under my winter coat so the coat doesn't bundle up under the straps."
"It is well made, sizing was spot on and it does the job just fine."
"The quality ist just top notch! I am using RPC for rucking, strenght training like lunges and also for stair running. I like RPC so much that I have five of them. Very versatile."
"Fits well and looks like it will last. Comfortable to wear with the 10kg I have in at the moment"
"High quality small item loved by my wife for her workouts. Easy access pocket and lowprofile are my favorite features"
"The carrier itself is good. Sturdily built and the padding in the straps provides comfort. My issue is that I am 5'3" petite and I can't get the carrier to adjust to a sufficiently tight level around my shoulders. The adjustment straps just don't go small enough. The carrier fits OK but to be honest, I am disappointed for the amount of money I spent and after the time I took to research. When I ruck, the carrier does hurt my shoulders and doesn't sit quite right on my back. Would recommend for "normal" men and women but not short oland petite people."
"Right from the start it was in a great position. Ruck carrier doesn’t take up a lot of space in vehicle. This versatile and effective piece of kit will last."
