Awesome!
"I have a pair of these in the 45lb and 55lbs. I love them! Strong, durable, padded handles are great. I’ve worked my way up to being able to farmers carry a half mile and the benefits to my shoulders, core, and forearms are noticeable. These are great!"

Great quality Sandbag
"Great quality Sandbag. Was a little difficult to fill due to the three chamber design. Once filled through, it is great. Fits perfectly in a GR1. I removed my weight plate in favor of this for rucks. As usual with GoRuck, the Jerry Can Sandbag is quality that I do not need to worry about it failing."

Second chance
"Several friends own Goruck bags so I've used them a good bit and love them. I had a hard time finding bags in stocks a few months ago so I ordered bags from another company. They never shipped them! Got back on the Goruck website a few weeks ago, ordered my bags and got them in about a week!"

Excellent Product
"Comfortable and well built. I like the option to throw a 55 lb Jerry can in it as well. Turns walking my dog into a real workout. Big timesaver."

Versatile use as KBs as well
"These are amazing. Ordering them is super easy and they show up pretty quickly. I am a tribe member, so I get free shipping, which is pretty awesome. I use my 45# cans as cans for farmers/suitcase carries, but also use them in the place of kettlebells. They are taller, which makes picking them up a little easier (less bending). Also, with them being flat ish with a trapezoidal shape, they are easier to hold for gobblet squats (turn upside down like the tombstones), or hold flat for skull crushers. I mean, these are awesome, and I'm going to have to get the 55# sometime when I get strong enough."

Perfect product
"Needless to say, production value is top notch, construction details however are what really surprised me. The interior is split into three vertical compartments. If you pack them out with sand and compress it some, the Jerry can will hold its' shape perfectly. Obviously fits your rucker like a glove, although I had to take out both plates in my 21L rucker. However it does shift your center mass a little further out, so I'd always prefer plates for main weight, but as added torture, this tool is essentially the most versatile, compared to sandbags and medballs."
