"I guess I should quit being surprised when GoRuck products are nicer than I expected. These are great shirts. Light material without being like those fly in the wind Richard Simmons runner light. The button and zipper are beefier that normal. If I had one criticism it would be the size of the zipper handle makes the seam not lay totally flat at the top like of your zipper was not up all the way. Is that a zipper in your pants or are you just happy to see me? lol. Fit is perfect around the waist and length on the legs is just right for me, not too short and not too long."

Great Product, Poor Service Performance

"I live in a sub tropical climate in SE Asia and I only wear Challenge pants and shorts. The fabric is excellent in staying dry and comfortable regardless of the temperature and humidity. I appreciate the security of zip pockets. I haven't rated the experience 5 stars due to a change in logistics providers from proven supply chain companies to poorly implemented omni channel platforms with dubious event performance. I used to receive shipments from FedEx in 3-5 days. Now the time in transit from order to delivery is 12 days, a tangible degradation in service with too many handoffs and dwell time. Good supply chain management consists of a synchronous flow of material, information, and funds supported by competitive time in transit. You would think ex-military people would appreciate timely and reliable performance. It appears Goruck bought into some well marketed omni channel provider without the physical capabilities to do a competitive job. Makes me wonder about placing subsequent orders. I wonder if Goruck audits how many handoffs their international shipments or have time in transit metrics to which they hold Passport accountable."
