"The sternum strap I bought extra was made backwards. It’s hard to explain but to hook it onto the strap you have to flip it around, but then the clasp is against my chest"

"Sadly these can and will break under constant use. If you have a long event coming up, buy an extra in stick it in your ruck. If it fails, you can switch it out. It's happened to me on an event and then when I was using my GR0 for daily commute."

"Completely changed the way my Basic Rucker wears from falling off my shoulders to comfortable. So it works great! . . . But that raises the obvious point that this should be standard issue and not an accessory that costs $20 after shipping. This is shades of Apple nickel and diming folks for charging cords. Other backpacks have this standard."
