"I’m on my 2nd bladder and mouthpiece as the first one the hose wouldn’t stay connected to the bladder. Customer service quickly shipped me a new one. This one works well. Used it 4 or 5 times since receiving so no complaints at this time. I like how the mouthpiece rotates and I like the cover/cap to keep dirt out(as best it can). Hoping it holds up. Only constructive feedback is I with the quick disconnect tab was a little further up the hose as I’ve hit it accidentally a couple times reaching for the mouthpiece."

"Sturdy mouthpiece and works well. I’m a big believer in the “Two equals One, One equals None” mantra, so I bought an extra with my hydration bladder. Keep a spare in your ruck so you’ve got a backup!"
