"Bought this having had the recommendation through Arnold's The Pump App. My work is putting me through a university course, so I had the dilemma of juggling a lot and wanted a rucksack for my laptop, gym kit and wet weather gear (I live in Edinburgh). I'd read about the health benefits of rucking and didn't think they'd be as good as the claims I'd read about, however having starting rucking now with a 5kg weight after workouts and off-days from the gym (I'll do 30 mins walk outside) to balance life away from my desk at work and university. It's been great. I've felt very strong and it's helped workouts and all round endurance. For practical purposes it ticks all the boxes and I had no idea it would be so good as a tool for workouts.
