How are these for running?
The Ballistic Trainers generally work better for shorter runs and sprints. For longer runs try the Rough Runners.
What is the best way to clean the shoe?
Soap, water, and elbow grease. Rinse your shoes with fresh water and soap, then hang to air dry.
Is there any arch support?
The Ballistic Trainers support all 3 of your arches (yes, you have 3 arches) to prevent risk of injury, provide stability, and generate power.
How do these respond to water? Will my feet be soaked if it is raining?
