60lb combo is a no go

"if you have a bigger chest, this will be the most uncomfortable vest on earth. the quality is nice. straps are comfortable. but with pecs in play, if you make it tight enough to be secure, you’ll have to just plan on taking as short of a breath as possible. shallow breathing while exercising is definitely not what i would consider ideal. it may just be the 30lb plates. i feel like if the weight was distributed differently, in several different pockets or something, it would allow for more flexibility and make it so your body can get oxygen into your lungs. or possibly a curve to it or whatever…idk i’m not a designer obviously, im just experimenting with different companies. i’m not sure if i should even leave this comment because it’s negative, but here it is… this as a 60lb vest is horrible and will likely collect dust in my garage. if someone is going to go with this brand of vests, i would highly suggest only using lighter plates."

Yes, the Ruck Plates are sold separately. We have 10LBs and 20LB Plates for the Training Weight Vest.

Hi, I used my weight training vest this morning, and it got a little soaked from sweat. Would letting it dry out and applying a common water repellant like Scotch Guard or similar spray help increase the life span of the material? Thanks.
The 210D and 500D Cordura material has been rigorously tested and should hold up fine on its own, however you are free to add any other repellants if that is your preference.
