DÉTAILS TOUGHMESH™
POIDS PLUME
Le tissu TOUGHMESH™ ne pèse que 100 g/m² (grammes par mètre carré). C'est 30 à 40 % plus léger que les tissus techniques classiques. Un mélange coton/polyester pèse 145 g/m² et les autres t-shirts techniques entre 170 et 190 g/m² : la différence est considérable.
NYLON POUR PLUS DE RÉSISTANCE
Pour obtenir un tissu suffisamment résistant, nous utilisons du nylon (auquel nous ajoutons un peu d'élasticité). La version en polyester a échoué à nos tests à plusieurs reprises, ce qui nous a coûté une année supplémentaire perdue à jamais.
DÉBIT D'AIR ACCRU
Des micro-perforations sont tissées dans le tissu pour améliorer la circulation de l'air, accélérer le séchage et réduire le poids. Petites mais efficaces, elles n'altèrent en rien l'esthétique du t-shirt.
PROTECTION SOLAIRE
La technologie ToughMesh™ offre un indice UPF de 35. Cela signifie que notre chemise vous protège des rayons UV. Le soleil est très puissant, surtout en Floride.
DURÉE DE VIE PLUS LONGUE
Un traitement antimicrobien a été intégré aux fibres avant le tissage du tissu en Italie. Ce procédé garantit une durée de vie nettement supérieure, sans odeur, même après de nombreux lavages. Les tissus de moindre qualité sont simplement enduits après le tissage, un enduit qui s'use en quelques cycles de lavage en machine à haute puissance.
LA QUALITÉ PREND DU TEMPS
Chaque rouleau de tissu nécessite 6 heures de travail avec des aiguilles de calibre 44. Un tissu standard prend 45 minutes et utilise des aiguilles de calibre 20.
COUTURES HORS ÉPAULE
Nous avons choisi de faire coudre les coutures au niveau des épaules afin d'éviter les frottements lorsque vous portez un sac à dos – ce que nous espérons que vous ferez souvent.
