"I recently purchased an 8-lb weighted vest from Goruck and I am okay with it. It does not fit me very well; I wish that it came in small/er version. The clips on the front do not provide a snug closure. To overcome this, I tie the front of the vest together with a bandana or some other soft tie. This vest probably works very well for a larger woman. I am 5'1" and weigh about 110, so it is not like I am a tiny person. The women that you show in your advertising must be pretty broad-shouldered because the vests that they wear appear to fit them well."

"I LOVE THIS VEST. I'm a 73 year female who has exercised all my life but I was in a work-out rut. I ordered the 16 lb SPYRUCK upon a recommendation from a friend. The first outing I walked/rucked 30 minutes. It was hard but after I felt so good ALL DAY and slept great and couldn't wait for the next ruck/walk. Gave myself a day off and have been rucking every other day for the past week. I'm now rucking 40 minutes every other day and feeling better than I have in years. The vest is extremely well made, heavy but comfortable and easy to put on and take off. I WISH SOMEONE HAD TOLD ME ABOUT GORUCK YEARS AGO. I'm hooked and I plan to be rucking til the end:-)"

Great value for money

"Very well made. Would buy again and recommend to friends! Great quality for price and pretty stylish for a weighted vest. Pros: Fits well, not bulky, much cooler than a pack. Weight evenly distributed and sits right on shoulders, easy to carry and comfortable. Gets super sweaty b/c it sits right against you but dries fast and so far no stink (using it for 2 weeks so far in S Texas) Cons: no pockets/ or places to clip keys/phone other than the vest strap. I'm very petite and I do get a pressure point on my rotator cuff if I wear it for more than an hour but not too bad, something to keep in mind if you have an injury. I think if it was a touch smaller or might be better for the shoulder."
